Miss America: A clear based glitter topper with blue, turquoise, red, and silver glitters and a touch of scattered holo. There are turquoise stars in this polish, so for best finish I suggest wearing 1-2 coat over a base coat, or 2 coats on its own. I build it up in 3 in some of the swatches and labeled that. If you wear it that way I would try to apply 2 coats with no stars, then stars on the last coat.
We suggest wearing 1-2 coats of a glossy topcoat with all of our polishes to smooth out any glitters and for durability, or adding a coat of glitter grabber prior to glossy topcoat.
**Please note that since all polishes are hand mixed pigments or glitter may settle. Two stainless steel agitator balls are included to help, so just give the bottle a shake before using and if needed in between coats. For polishes with larger glitters, please place upside down for a while before using so the glitters will be easier to get out of the bottle. All polishes are hand mixed individually or in small batches.
